Hy-Lok high purity ZCR Face Seal Fittings set the semiconductor industry standard for weld and metal gasket face fittings.
We offer a variety of solutions including glands, connectors like union, elbow, swivel union and tee; and nut, cap, gasket, and plug connections.
Our face seal fittings feature two sealing beads compressing a metal gasket for maximum leak-free performance, and are fully interchangeable with other major face seal fitting manufacturers. These seals are designed to meet or even exceed the specifications of your project, especially for those in the semiconductor industry. Tube connections are available to 1” O.D.

Our face seal fittings are surface finished to Ra 0.25 µ m (Ra 10 µ in) standards to prevent leaks in high vacuum and positive pressure applications. Clean fittings are double packaged in anti-static polyethylene bags that have been purified by nitrogen gas, all within a class 10 clean room environment.
Every product that ships through Hy-Lok is thoroughly tested and assessed according to the highest quality standards. Our ZCR face seal fittings, in particular, are tested to work with leak rates of 10-9 torr. - Weld fitting for manual or automatic welding equipment
- VAR and VIM-VAR raw materials are purchased with tightly controlled sulphur content for welding repeatability.
